The inspiration for this recipe came from me wanting to make cilantro avocado lime rice, but my avocado was too hard (since then I have learned how to check the ripeness of an avocado. Find out here). I just threw a few ingredients together and this amazing dish came together, and is now one of my favorite recipes to make.
-Sriracha (as much as your taste buds can handle)
-Butter (about 1/2 Tbsp per serving of rice)
-Salt & Pepper
-Chopped Cilantro (Optional)
1. Cook the rice according to the directions on the package.
2. Add sriracha, butter, salt & pepper, and mix till combined.
3. Top with chopped cilantro if desired.
